How do I play?
Every clue is a word in your language; its translation is hidden on the board. Put your finger on the first letter and slide through the word without lifting it. Words bend around corners. Tap the ? on the Home screen to see the guide again.
Why can’t I find a word in a straight line?
Words in Serai snake through the board: left, right, up and down. Every letter belongs to exactly one word, so the remaining letters always lead you to the last words.
I bought The Taklamakan Crossing. How do I get it on another iPhone?
Open Me › Expeditions and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID. With Family Sharing, members of your family get it too.
How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?
Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. In Me, tap Export to save a backup file, then Import it on the new iPhone. Progress is also part of your normal iCloud backup.
My daily reminder doesn’t show up.
Check that notifications for Serai are allowed in the iPhone Settings, and that the reminder is on in Me › Reminder.
How do I change my languages or level?
In Me, tap I speak, I’m learning or Level. The app language follows your iPhone and can be changed in Me › App language.
Why don’t my achievements appear in Game Center?
Sign in to Game Center in the iPhone Settings, then open Serai again. Badges you already earned are added the next time the app starts.
